New President for GAMBICA
GAMBICA, the association for instrumentation, control, automation and laboratory technology, has announced the appointment of Rod Taylor, Founder and Chairman of the Seaward Group of Companies, as its President for the next two years. Rod Taylor takes over from Graeme Philp, Chief Executive, MTL Instruments Group plc.
The Seaward Group which includes the Seaward, Clare, Cropico and Rigel brands is located in the north east of England and supplies an international market.
Rod Taylor is a previous CBI Regional Chairman and has chaired a number of organisations involved in technology and innovation. He was born in Nairobi, Kenya, educated at the University of Nottingham and is a Fellow of the IET.
