With constrained budgets, it may not be possible to exhibit at all the events you would wish to have a presence.  In addition to the huge array of support and services provided as part of our exhibition packages, we are now offering:

NEW and exclusive to GAMBICA members, VISITOR PACKAGE:

The package will vary according to event (cost approx £400-£500) and will provide a semi-official ‘base’ at the event including:

  • Full access to the GAMBICA Information Stand and Hospitality Loungefor the duration of the event.
  • Concierge Service.  We all know how ‘hit and miss’ it can be arranging meetings at an exhibition.  In return for your supplying us with a copy of your meeting schedule prior to the event, we will greet your visiting guests, make introductions if required and/or sit them down with a coffee (or refreshment of their choice) whilst we attempt to locate you and/or make excuses . . . . re-arrange meetings etc
  • Where ‘Private’ Meeting Rooms are available you will also have the option of pre-booking these before or during the event, subject to availability, at an additional cost.
  • Up to 1 x A4 box of Literature/Give-aways shipped to the event, with the GAMBICA materials
  • Display of Literature on the GAMBICA Stand
  • Listing on the GAMBICA Stand Graphics, Guide to the Group and any other pre-event publicity
  • Opportunity to feature your (short) Video Presentation on the GAMBICA Show Reel
  • Two x Entry Passes
  • Wifi Access.  Log-in access to the GAMBICA group dedicated wifi.
