One day conference at Liverpool university will showcase some of the recent progress and thinking in robotics for the lab. 

There is also a SiLA hackathon scheduled for 7 November hosted by Unilever at their new lab facility. This might be an interesting opportunity for members, and gives access to Unilever as potential customer.
