GAMBICA actions related to Covid-19

17 Mar 2020

We find ourselves in an extraordinary global situation which is having multiple social and economic impacts on our members, our partners and our staff. We are taking responsible action to follow government advice to stop non-essential contact with others and to stop all unnecessary travel, by:

  • Closing the GAMBICA office temporarily and all staff will work from home
  • All meetings/events will move to telephone conference / online or be postponed

Please be assured that we will do everything to minimise disruption to continue our services and provide value to your business. All staff at GAMBICA have long had all the tools and equipment for remote working and often did so before this crisis. We have invested in further hardware and software to ensure we can maintain this over the coming weeks and months.

The main impacts while the office is closed will be:

  • We are unable to host meetings until further notice
  • We are unable to receive mail by post – please send all communications electronically

If you have questions related to Covid-19 impact on employment law, health and safety or tax, you can also use the free GAMBICA Business Support Helpline

The situation is evolving quickly, please do stay in touch to let us know how we can help and above all stay safe.
