The Institute for Apprenticeships has published a 'How to' guide for trailblazers - groups of employers that propose and develop new apprenticeship standards.

The guide takes you through the development of a new apprenticeship stage by stage, beginning with an overview of the process as a whole. This will be useful to both those people who haven’t previously developed an apprenticeship with the Institute for Apprenticeships and also as a useful reference tool for those with more experience.
