The GAMBICA Sector Head for Industrial Automation is set to judge the Industrial Plant & Equipment (IP&E) Awards this month.

Nikesh Mistry will form part of the panel, overseeing the entries for the 13 different categories. He will be joined by Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA) Head of Operations, James Fudge.

The awards showcase a variety of industrial excellence reflecting the diversity and best-in-class quality which are synonymous with UK industry. Categories include Engineer of the Year, Manufacturing Company of the Year and Sustainable Innovation.

Nikesh said: “I've always been a supporter of showcasing the unrivalled level of expertise in our industry and feel very proud to be taking part in the first edition of the IP&E awards.”

 He added: “Sometimes within the industrial and manufacturing space, we are culprits of not always singing our own praises. An awards ceremony like this can really help to demonstrate how powerful and influential our industry is and can be.”
