The ongoing Covid-19 situation means that there is, of course, still uncertainty surrounding overseas trade fairs.  We at GAMBICA can assure group participants of our commitment to acting in our member and non member exhibiting companies’ best interests at all times.  We maintain close contact with event organisers and we keep exhibitors, group contractors and interested parties informed throughout the run up to the events as best we can.  Over the past year we have worked very hard on behalf of our group participants, to maintain maximum flexibility in relation to event cancellations & refund terms, and we will continue to do so.  In addition, our own standard Terms & Conditions of Cancellation are temporarily relaxed, allowing for no penalty cancellation charges until such times as GAMBICA has to financially commit on behalf of the group.
