Inspired Service Leader Programme

The Inspired Service Leader Programme is a structured five-month leadership development journey designed for team leaders and managers who want to lead themselves and their teams with greater confidence, clarity and impact. It combines virtual sessions, two in-person days, individual coaching and on-the-job assignments to ensure learning translates directly into the workplace.

Programme Structure

• Pre-Start Alignment - A 45-minute one-to-one online session to explore key leadership mindsets and set the context for the programme
• Month 1, Module 1: Time is Everything (Full day, in person) - Time mastery: efficiency and effectiveness. Choosing where to make the biggest impact. Includes an industry leadership panel
• Month 2, Module 2: Lead Yourself (2 hours, virtual) - Exploring who you are, understanding your barriers to success and how to overcome them. Includes one-to-one coaching
• Month 3, Module 3: Lead with Inclusion (2 hours, virtual) - Understanding how neurodiversity strengthens teams. How to have conversations that include everyone
• Month 3, Module 4: Communicate with Confidence (Full day, in person) - Good communication techniques. Learning to respond rather than react. Includes coaching
• Month 4, Module 5: Conflict Resolution (2 hours, virtual) - A masterclass in defusing challenges, handling objections and managing difficult situations
• Month 5, Module 6: Lead the Team (2 hours, virtual) - Getting the best from your team. Setting expectations and standards. Motivating a diverse team. Includes coaching
• Conclusion: Award lunch and 'what next' session

Throughout the programme, participants work on real on-the-job assignments and use a knowledge transfer application (Clever Nelly) to embed and reinforce learning between sessions.
